Your driver met me on time at the hotel and the drive to the airport was uneventful (as it should be!).

Thank you very much for your service. You have yourself a new customer for my return voyages. And, hopefully, someday in the future as a tourist where I can spend more time enjoying the wonderful sights in Russia.

Had a great time. Guide and driver first class in St. Petersburg.
Guide good in Moscow. Drivers not so cheerful. Pick up driver from train offered no help although I suppose they don't have too.
I think you should give your clients more info about the train. Are drinks included, are meals included etc? Know one could speak English.
Hotel in Moscow fine but no non smoking rooms reserved.
Also maybe a indication on the expectation on tips for guides and drivers. Obviously it's not obligatory but an average idea might be good.

All told- very good indeed.

We had some very good days in St. Petersburg and we got a lot of good impressions, experience and understandings about Russian Culture.

In respect of the persons took care about us let me say it in short words, it was perfect, they were always friendly and very obliging. The performance was perfect and we really appreciated the service provided to us.

If I would be asked for a recommendation of guidance in St. Petersburg I will recommend your company.

The tour we took with Sasha was so wonderful. Catherine s Palace was beautiful and she answered all our question and then some. We had such a great time with her.
