Dear Mr. Slava Bochkov,
I do not have words to thank you for all your help and assistance when my passport got stolen in St. Petersburg last week and I was required to obtain a Russian visa for leaving your beautifull country. I cannot forget how you came running on getting the first information and took me to the offices/photographer/bank/hotel.
I have been travelling for decades and covered various countries in conducted and independent tours, but I have never come across some one who so much cares for the tourists.
Of course it is such a pity that I have been deprived of taking this wonderful Trans-Siberian Railway Trip for no fault of mine.
My sincere thanks to you for your help, sympathetic attitude and total support.

Hi, I am trying to leave a review for the above tour which I took at the end of July. The official page to leave the review is not allowing me to submit the form and I wanted to leave a comment so have copied it below. Hope this is ok. Catherine Blair I would recommend that other people booking this trip confirm with the company the exact meeting point for the start of the tour. We were told to meet at a Metro station that had multiple entrances, all quite a distance apart. The guide was actually waiting for us on the platform but this was not made clear by the tour company that this was where to meet her. This aside the tour was excellent and extremely interesting and informative. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Moscow and would like to thank our guide for her honest insight into life in Russia.

Greetings from New Haven, Connecticut USA.
Our cruise having ended in Copenhagen some days ago, and our family having returned to the United States, I write to express the appreciation of our entire party for three-day excursion provided by Alexandra ("Sasha") of your firm. She was well-informed and helpful in every way, and we all learned a great deal from her. We thank you also for your understanding that on the third day of the tour we were anxious to see something of normal life in St. Petersburg, rather than another day of grand palaces nice though they were). We had an excellent third day, and enjoyed visiting the beautiful and impressive cemetery for victims of the Leningrad siege, the Finland Station, the Jewish synagogue and the supermarket in a suburban setting.
In any event, we again thank you for the excellent care and attention of Sasha and your driver, Vladimir, and hope that you will convey to them our appreciation and good wishes. We have thanked Attorney Michael Jacobsohn for putting us in touch with you in the first place.

My family and I were very happy with the tour and with Katherine. She was MOST knowledgeable about every place we visited and answered any and all questions we asked of her!!

Hi Sergey,
I would like to make some comments about our tour in June of St Petersburg organised by Parallel 60.
On the plus side.
All your staff were there at the airport, hotel or arranged meeting place exactly when they said they would be. That was great.
The cars were modern and clean and drivers very good.
The "Cronwell Inn Stremyannaya" was well-located, very clean and comfortable and we would recommend to others.
On the negative side.
There was only one negative and that was our guide Catherine. Her English was perfect and her knowledge of all the places we visited amazing. But I do not think she enjoys being a tourist guide and we certainly did not enjoy being with her for 3 days.
Catherine tells you no more than what she feels is required. We soon learnt not to ask questions about anything other than the sites we were seeing. It would have been great to have developed a more friendly relationship and learn more of the life of the people in your country.
We both think St Petersburg is an amazing place and very pleased we went there. With a friendlier guide it would have been even more amazing.

Dear Natalia,
We just returned from our tour of St Catherines palace and it was terrific. Our guide Sasha and our driver both did excellent jobs. Sasha is very knowledgeable and speaks very good English.Thank you for the professional and efficient handling of this matter on such short notice.
