Good Afternoon,
My client’s returned from their tour, with you, to St. Petersburg and Moscow, we had a long chat.
I am passing on their remarks to you. They had a fabulous time! So very impressed with your country, the guides were very good, especially Olga in St. Petersburg. He said she was extremely knowledgeable and went out of her way for them. Kate (or Katie) he said was very knowledgeable but they were spoiled by Olga. The hotels were wonderful and well situated.
He said the tours were really good and he was so amazed with all the beauty of St. Petersburg but super surprised by Moscow, how beautiful it was.
He said that Swan Lake was something he really didn’t have interest in going to but his wife did. He said that he was blown away, it was so wonderful! They were also in row 4, so had great seats.
You did a wonderful job, and I know it was a lot of work.
