Our driver Alexander and our guides Sacha and Tatiana were very reliable and friendly. They gave us an excellent insight into the history and culture of the places we visited.
Location of our Petro Palace hotel was excellent and swimming pool facilities provided additional attraction.

I am back and trying to recover from 26 hours of return journey and dealing with jet lag. But wanted to write soon to let you know that it was great to have Sergey help us with sightseeing, and about the number of hours.
I am so glad you were able to arrange this. It worked out very well. We paid for transport, admission tickets, and meals, and Sergey got to see some places he had not seen before, such as Abramtsevo estate and Leo Tolstoys house. Thank you very much all your work and assistance on this. We brought a small gift for you that he will give you.
Regarding the number of hours: as I had thought, on Saturday, it took longer. Sergey could give you the exact hours. According to my calculation, the total was about 18 hours. You have charged me for 16 hours. So if you would like to charge for the remainder, please use the credit card information I sent you on that form. But let me know first, so that I can inform the credit card people. That way, it will work out smoothly for you there will not be any problems. Otherwise, they might reject the charge.
I wish there had been more time in Moscow. I hope I will be able to return to Russia some year.
My family and I returned to the United States on Thursday evening. We just wanted to again express our sincere thanks and gratitude to you for all your help with our trip to St. Petersburg. It was an amazing and incredible trip!!! We had a terrific time and learned so very much from our tour guides. Both of them were very knowledgeable, intelligent and personable. We had a lot of laughs and enjoyed our time with them. Also everything went very efficiently. The driver and the guides were always at the appointed place at the appointed time.

Having arrived on Thursday last the 30th June for seven days we have completed our four days of tours as arranged and looking forward to our last day at a more leisurely pace in and around your beautiful city.
The tours were indeed the highlight of our stay,while Iam sure that is the case with most tourists it was indeed our guide Alexandra and our driver Alexander that made them so special for us.
Alexandras English was excellent,knowledge exemplary and her personality delightful.This professionalism coupled with her caring manner covering everything from the ideal position to take a photograph thru the best place to eat or find a wc to skillfully minulpating the crowds was outstanding.
Alexander was also very courteous and while his English was minimal he did an excellent job of navigating the St Petersburg traffic and seemed keen to enhance our experience in every way possible.
Thank you again they are both excellent ambassadors of your company.
