And,as you know, during the excursions we had the guide in english that you had arranged for us The monasteries were very nice,especially the woody one in the island of Kishi,that is really super. We had only 2 problems:The weather that was not so good,but really not very bad and allowed us to visit the islands and the fact that our camera stopped to work at Valaam and did not work anymore. But,of course, both problems are not due to your organization of the cruise! We have been really satisfied to had choisen you for our cruise and we will recommend your agency to all our friends. Message: We found Parallel 60 via Internet search and were a little concerned for going with a Russian company without an office in US. After few Skype and email communications, we decided to give it a try for our 2-day cruise stop in St. Petersburg. We were pleasantly surprised. Parallel 60 provided a wonderful travel experience for us, a group of 16 people. They are on time, extremely friendly, informative, and professional. We were able to go to all the key sites in a comfortably well-planned and timely manner and in a comfortable vehicle. The tour was exciting and interactive. The Russian style lunch they arranged for us as was wonderful. Our whole group (ages ranged from 10 to 65) was able to enjoy the majestic scenery St. Petersburg offers and learn about the diverse culture of the local people. It really was a memorable trip in St. Petersburg with the help from Parallel 60. We highly recommend Parallel 60.

heute endlich mochte ich Ihnen schreiben und wir - meine Kusine Marie-Luise Moeschl und Roswitha Bast - wollen uns ganz herzlich fur Ihr Engagement und Ihr Entgegenkommen bedanken. Leider waren wir dann nur noch sehr kurz in St. Petersburg und wir konnten nicht personlich bei Ihnen im Buro vorbeikommen und uns bedanken. Aber das werde ich wohl bei meinem nachsten Besuch nachholen. Ich werde mich vorher melden.
Nun zu der Reise. Danke, es hat alles hervorragend funktioniert!
Die Kabine war gut, wir haben alles gefunden, das Restaurant war gut organisiert und wir haben trotz unserer mangelnden Sprachkenntnisse alles bekommen was wir wollten. Man kannte uns schon und einige Passagiere haben uns auch in deutsch angesprochen und wir haben uns nett unterhalten. Bei den Ausflugen an Land hatten wir jedes mal eine deutschsprachige Fuhrung, ganz hervorragende Leute, die uns ihre Heimat mit fundierten Kenntnissen naher gebracht haben. Sie sprachen jeweils hervorragend deutsch und wir waren mehr als zufrieden mit der Organisation. Wir hatten niemals das Gefuhl, dass wir "verloren" waren, oder wir nun gar nicht mehr wussten, wie das Programm weitergeht. Wir fuhlten uns wirklich gut auf dem Schiff und bei den Landausflugen.
Man kann also deutschen allein reisenden Touristen ruhig empfehlen, eine Tour ohne deutsche Reisegruppe zu buchen. Man musste nur das Tagesprogramm in englischer oder deutscher Sprache haben, oder doch so viel russisch konnen, dass man das Programm ungefahr lesen kann. Wenn man dann deutschsprachige Fuhrer vor Ort hat, ist alles in bester Ordnung.
Liebe Natalia, noch einmal vielen Dank, dass wir die Reise doch noch durchfuhren konnten. Meine Kusine hat sich furchterlich aufgeregt und immer wieder eigene Vorwurfe gemacht, dass sie den Pass nicht vorher kontrolliert hat. Der Fehler ist offensichtlich in der Botschaft passiert. Da kann man nichts machen. Nun sind wir glucklich uber den Ausgang der Reise. Das haben wir Ihnen zu verdanken.
Ich wunsche Ihnen alles Gute, viele Kunden fur das Reiseburo und nochmals vielen, vielen Dank. Ich werde mich melden, wenn ich mal wieder in St. Petersburg bin. Vielleicht kommen wir wieder zum Jahreswechsel, wenn es gro?artige Konzerte oder Balletauffuhrungen gibt.

Apologies for the late response. We had an absolutely wonderful weekend in St Petersburg, literally everything was perfect.
Our guide Olga was outstanding, she was good humoured, friendly, organised, fun and very informative about everything, and was able to answer all our questions comprehensively.
Our drivers (Alexis and ?) were great, very friendly and good humoured despite their limited english.
The service provided by yourself and Parallel 60 has been flawless. You were informative, honest and efficient during the organisation of trip.

We will most certainly be recommending your services if any friends come to St Petersberg.
