parallel 60 was founded by Kirill Rudakov and Vyacheslav Bochkov. We are based in St. Petersburg but our tours and services geographically spread out all over Russia. This is actually where the name comes from: parallel 60 is the latitude lying through St.Petersburg and also centrally covering the major part of the territory of the Russian Federation all the way from the east to the west. The word "parallel" starts with little "p" on all website pages and all official papers - we try to emphasize flexibility and value of real cooperation with our Clients and Partners, trying to put forward the highest standards of quality service, efficiency and adequate prices. We enjoy what we do and always try to make you feel comfortable with us.
Kirill Rudakov
Co-founder
Kirill is one of the few of us who was born in St. Petersburg, former Leningrad and he is proud to be a native citizen of this great city. After graduating from the University in 1996 he started and developed many different businesses. This allowed him to travel widely not only abroad but within Russia as well. The more he travelled, the more he realized how beautiful and undiscovered Russia is. This was actually one of the reasons to create parallel 60 – to share his passion towards the beauty of this country. He considers quality and high responsibility to be the base for success. Please e-mail to Kirill at rudakov@parallelsixty.com
