The idea of one train-shuttle between the stations "Nevsky Prospekt" and "Gorkovskaya" is being discussed at the moment. The shuttle is supposed to be operating from 1a.m to 3 a.m., making it possible to establish the connection between the two parts of the city separated by the Neva.
