Booking rules
Parallel 60 travel agency always tries to be flexible, so if none of the ways of payment suites you, please suggest yours and we will see what we can do.
Please note the following:
-- All published prices are in USD
-- All published prices include VAT
-- All published prices can be changed without prior notice
-- All published prices are for individual guests. Special group prices are available upon request for groups from 10 people.
Booking
Bookings are accepted by telephone, fax, e-mail or post. When requesting confirmation of a booking, you are considered to have accepted parallel 60 Disclaimer.
To make a booking on website please click the button "Reservation" or "Order form" and fill in the "Reservation form". After you have completed the boxes click the button "Booking". Booking confirmation will be sent to you by fax or by e-mail within 24 hours after receipt of your order excluding weekends and public holidays in Russia. An invoice can be sent for the ordered services upon your request.
Payment
100% pre-payment is required after you receive from us the confirmation for the services ordered. If 100% pre-payment is not received 3 working days prior to arrival the reservation is canceled automatically.
Payment can be made:
By Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diner's Club.
Please fill in authorization letter and send it together with a copy of your credit card of both sides and the first page of national passport by fax or e-mail. Authorization letter will be sent to you after you fill in the reservation form.
By Bank transfer to our Bank account: the information on our bank details will be provided in case you choose this option.
in cash in Rubles according to the exchange rate of Central Bank of Russia on the date of payment. Payment in cash can be made in our office: Parallel 60 travel agency, 193231, Russia, St.Petersburg, 6, Avtogennaya Str., office # 415.
Parallel 60 travel agency reserves the right to cancel all reserved services in case payment is made untimely, incompletely or incorrectly.
Granting of services
After the pre-payment is received, we will send you by fax or by e-mail the final confirmation with reference number and details for all services booked.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation without penalty can be made before 09:00 a.m. GMT 2 working days prior to arrival. Late cancellation and No Show are subject to cancellation fee equal to:
-- 100% cost of the first night accommodation including breakfast
-- 100% cost of all other services ordered for the whole period of stay (transfers, excursions, etc.)
However, this rule does not apply in case when parallel 60 travel agency arranged Visa Support. In such cases penalty is taken always in spite of the date when a cancellation has been made.
Please note, if you book hotel for a long period (min. 2 weeks) and our company provide visa support letter, in case of "NO SHOW" or "EARLY DEPARTURE" - 50% cost of the whole stay - NON REFUNDABLE.
Late arrival and "NO SHOW"
In case a client does not arrive by an appointed time to the place where services start to be granted:
-- an order for transfer will be held for 2 hours starting from an appointed time, then it will be cancelled automatically
-- an order for accommodation in a hotel will be held for one night, then it will be cancelled automatically
-- an order for excursions and other additional services (guides and interpreters, etc.) will be cancelled automatically. In all cases of Late Arrivals and "No Show" listed above a client will be charged penalties.
"Early departure"
In case of early departure a client according to his written application will be refunded the money for the services, that have been ordered and not granted. In case of early departure penalties equal to 1 night accommodation and meals at the hotel will be charged. Payment for unused transfers and excursions is not refunded.
